How Do I Meet People?

The House of Manna is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at The House of Manna.

H.O.M.E. Groups

House of manna experience groups, a great way to get involved in a small group setting. An intimate size setting that is conducive for fellowship, food, and prayer.  Our goal is to have H.O.M.E. groups in diverse areas of the city to encourage the experience of the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like to become involved in a local H.O.M.E. group please feel free to call for information: 210-880-7730.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of The House of Manna is recognized for their close interaction.

Teen ministry

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into teen age years. There are complicated decisions; relationships, direction for the young adult life to come. And a whole lot more obstacles than before. The group provides a welcoming atmosphere for middle school and high school students to fellowship and learn about biblical principles and values in a fun cool environment.

Women’s Group Heart 2 Heart

Heart 2 Heart gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups are times of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

Men’s Group Iron sharpens Iron

Accountability among men is an act of integrity. Accountability is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. Accountability groups of three are formed among the men of H.O.M. Accountability groups meet together once a month for Bible study, prayer, discipleship, worship and food.
